Outreach: "Learning through Play - Parent Workshop"

Hong Kong Children's Discovery Museum (CDM) is committed to promoting the values and implementation of free play. CDM aims to equip parents to have a deeper understanding how engaging in free play and allowing children to take the lead is beneficial to a child's growth and development, as well as to establish closer parent-child relationships.

The "Learning through Play - Parent Workshop" offered to schools and NGOs will be conducted in an interactive manner, with the speaker sharing research backed knowledge about the importance of free play and practical tips to implement it. The goal is to allow parents to realize the impact of free play on a child's development, as well as to their curiosity and motivation to learn.
