Celebrating CDM's 2nd anniversary!
Terms and Conditions:
1) Promotion period: 2025 March 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30
2) The promotions below are only applicable for the dates above:
a) Discounted child ticket from $150 to $110 for a 1.5 hour session. Purchase either online here or walk-in.
b) Child Drop-off Ticket from $180 to $140 for a 1.5 hour session. Purchase only applicable for walk-in.
c) In the afternoon sessions, visitors can enjoy a one-time free 30 minutes parent-child workshop within or after the 1.5 session at the following timeslots* only:
14:30 - 15:00
16:15 - 16:45
*Timeslots are subject to change without prior notice.
Discounted Tickets
3) Child tickets are suitable for children aged 13 months to 12 years old. Adults, infants aged 0 to 12 months, young persons (13-18 years old) and disabled individuals are requested to purchase tickets from the other ticket category listed on the price chart.
4) If a parent or legal guardian wishes to purchase a discounted "Child Drop-off Child Experience" ticket, please send a WhatsApp to inform us at least 1 working day in advance. Before entry, parents/legal guardian must read the relevant Terms and Conditions, Waiver and fill in the "Participation Agreement" form. 5) One (1) person one (1) ticket.
6) This discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
7) Under no circumstances can the discounted tickets be refunded or exchanged for any other services and/or merchandise.
8) If the discount is not applied before payment, CDM will not accept responsibility for any loss and no refunds will be issued.
Free 30 Minutes Workshop
9) To be eligible to participate in the Free 30 Minutes Workshop (hereafter known as "Workshop"), participants must purchase the 1.5 hours tickets on the same day as the Workshop, either as walk-in tickets or on our ticketing platform here.
10) If walk-in ticket holders wish to take part in the Workshop during their 1.5 hour session, they can choose to extend their session for 30 minutes for free.
11) Drop-off Child ticket holders can participate in the Workshop only if a parent/legal guardian is present. If the parent/legal guardian is only joining for the Workshop and will leave immediately after it ends, the purchase of a ticket to enter is not necessary.
12) Workshop is for children aged 4-10 years old. Adult accompaniment is required during the Mini Workshop. One adult can accompany up to two children.
13) Workshop quota is a maximum of 8 parent-child pairs. Workshop will be given on a first come, first served basis.
*Interested parties should indicate that they wish to join the Workshop when entering CDM. If there is space, a bracelet will be given to the adult based on the number of children participating. The bracelet(s) are to be returned after the Workshop.
14) The Workshop will start on time. Any content missed due to lateness will not be compensated. If there is a waiting list, the latecomer's spot will be forfeited immediately to the people on the waiting list. Participants will not be allowed to join the Workshop after it has started for 5 minutes.
Privacy
15) CDM reserves the right to photograph, film, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or sounds of any person who enters CDM/during the workshop and use the documentation for any purpose and marketing use without payment to any person. If you do not wish yourself and/or your child to be photographed or filmed, you must inform CDM in writing.
Health and Safety
16) CDM reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons whose body temperature is higher than 37 degrees Celsius (as indicated by the temperature detector used by CDM) or to those who have significant respiratory infections into the museum.
17) CDM reserves the right to determine the severity of the symptoms and refuses admittance of any child if CDM believes there is any medical concern. No refund or compensation will be given if entry is refused due to illness.
18) By making the payment, you agree to waive your right to pursue legal action against CDM or its staff or interns from any and all liability for injury, illness, or any other condition of yourself or your child(ren) that may occur during direct or indirect participation in any activities or programs while at CDM and after leaving CDM.
General
19) By entering into CDM, all visitors agree to abide by the "Visiting Guide", as well as the "Terms and Conditions" and "Disclaimer" listed on the CDM website. Hong Kong Children’s Discovery Museum reserves the right to change the "Terms and Conditions" at any time.
20) The Hong Kong Children's Discovery Museum reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, change or terminate the Promotion without any notice. In case of any dispute, the Museum reserves the right of final decision.
21) If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
