Terms and Conditions

1) Promo Code is only applicable for transactions on the Hong Kong Children's Discovery Museum online ticketing platform (www.childrensdiscoverymuseumticket.hk) and for the purchase of 1.5 hour walk-in tickets.

2) Each valid ticket is only applicable to enter the venue during the stated reservation date and time.

3) Visitor who wish to purchase the sessions must enter the Promo Code in the "Promo Code" field during the online ticket purchasing process to enjoy the offer. If the Promo Code is not entered before the payment transaction, CDM will not accept responsibility for any loss and no refunds will be issued. After entering the Promo Code, the system will automatically apply the offer to the ticket purchase and display the offer on the webpage

4) Only one Promo Code can be used per each eligible transaction.

5) This Discount Card cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services. Under no circumstances can any purchased tickets be refunded or exchanged for any other services and/or merchandise.

6) This Discount Card can only be used once. For every booking, an original Discount Card will be collected by our Discovery Staff. Only the original Discount Card will be accepted. Photocopies or photo of the Discount Card will not be accepted. Failure to present the Discount Card will result in having to pay the price difference before entry.

7) This Discount Card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

8) Successful purchase of tickets means you agree to abide by the "Terms and Conditions" and "Disclaimer". It is also your responsibility to inform and ensure that all the people in your group agree to the terms below.

9) CDM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, change or terminate the offer without any notice. In case of any dispute, CDM reserves the right of final decision.

10) If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
